The following advice will help you in letting others know, without a doubt, that your paintings are for sale.

When you are asked "What do you do?" speak up with pride and excitement, tell everyone around you that you're an artist.

"What would you prefer to paint?"

"Do you paint plein air or from photos?"

    "Do you've got a studio?"

    "Do you paint commissions?"

"Do you teach art workshops and classes"?

"Do you have a business card?"

Question #1 might be answered by explaining that you have been a painter for several years, and like to paint with oils and watercolors.
